We can agree that the entertainment industry has changed a great deal over the years. It's hard finding positive motivating real life shows, that give you a good feeling at the end of the day. We totally feel this is what our shows bring to everyone. We try to balance our ups with our downs. We bring a unique prospective in our everyday lives being genuine and very real. We have open honest conversations. We do a variety of things, this is why we're here to fill the niche. We've been walking for a while andloss 60+ pounds. We cook a variety of delicious foods. We try to show you the ups and downs of maintaining your physical and mental health. We're not physicians, but we do have life experiences of what helps us and what doesn't work. Life isn’t perfect but it can be fun with the SPICE OH! LIFE.
